- Responsible for prospecting, setting appointments, and closing sales. The product is a proprietary lead generation web portal designed specifically for the Real Estate Industry covering Agents, Developers, and even private sellers.
- Your main target market will be the agents and developers in Chonburi area.
- You will promote this product through both online and offline channels, including cold calling, networking, social platforms, email, and telephone.
- You should enjoy visiting customer and close the deals.
- Other responsibilities will include mentoring the junior sales staff, and helping to train the marketing assistant that will be responsible for supporting the sales person by setting appointments and servicing your clients after the sale.
- The role is very team oriented, and you will work closely with the marketing and admin assistants, as the company grows.
- Your tasks will also include verifying, authorizing listing and pass on leads if the workload is high on the other team.
- You will sell pipDee’s concept to Agency, not the buyer of the properties.

- Thai Nationality, Male or Female.
- More than 5 five years of sales experience in Real Estate, either in person and on the phone with at least two of those years spent as a closer.
- Fluent in Thai as well as a good command of written and spoken English and the ability to communicate with both Thai and Foreign nationals.
- The desire to mentor and train junior staff.
- The desire to build a team focused on success.
- Must have your own car.
- Used to work with Computer.
- Motivated and Goal Oriented.
- Positive Attitude.
- Experience from real estate is favorable but not necessary.
